As a Marketing Performance & Intelligence Expert, you will play a key role in optimizing the marketing-to-sales funnel through data, customer intelligence, and continuous optimization.

Your mission is to provide the Marketing team with the insights, prioritization, and measurement needed to improve lead generation, lead qualification, customer engagement, and campaign performance.

As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will work closely with Marketing and Data teams to ensure that marketing initiatives and sales development activities are driven by reliable data, customer behaviour, and continuous improvement.

Your Role

MarTech & Funnel Optimization

Design and optimize the marketing measurement framework, lead scoring models, attribution, and tracking capabilities. Partner with the Marketing Automation Expert & Digital Analyst to ensure the marketing technology ecosystem effectively supports customer journeys, automation, and reliable performance measurement.

Customer Intelligence

Transform marketing and customer data into actionable intelligence by identifying buying signals, behavioral patterns, segmentation opportunities, and high-potential audiences to support sales development team targeting, campaign prioritization, and lifecycle initiatives.

Marketing Intelligence

Analyze marketing performance across channels, campaigns, and customer journeys to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and marketing performance.

Growth & Innovation

Drive continuous experimentation and optimization by identifying growth opportunities, testing new approaches, and translating insights into initiatives that improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, Digital Marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, Account Engagement, or similar)
  • Experience defining or optimizing marketing measurement, tracking, or attribution frameworks
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, lead generation strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales Development and Data teams
  • Business-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
  • Professional proficiency in French or Dutch and in English (written and spoken)
