Job Description
En tant que Internal Account Manager, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et développer le portefeuille clients ;
- Établir des relations solides avec les prospects et les clients existants (outbound) ;
- Présenter les produits et services de manière claire et convaincante ;
- Collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes pour atteindre les objectifs fixés ;
- Élaborer des rapports d'activité réguliers pour suivre les performances ;
- Enregistrer les activités avec les prospects dans le CRM.
En tant qu'Internal Account Manager, vous avez le profil suivant :
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) en gestion, commerce ou un domaine connexe ;
- Vous avez minimum 1.5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des ventes ou du développement commercial ;
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils CRM ;
- Vous faites preuve d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et de la communication ;
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et aimez relever des défis.
