- Help identify which content needs to be created or adapted to sit alongside AI solutions, maintain the value of our content databases as premium add-ons to AI-driven products
- Actively build and maintain a strong network of authors, subject matter experts, and business contacts in the corporate knowledge and compliance space
- Represent Larcier-Intersentia at relevant industry events, editorial boards, and client-facing moments

- Assist the MU Director in updating and refining the corporate market unit strategy
- Monitor planning, deadlines, risks, and performance of content projects with clear and regular reporting

Experience & Background
- Significant experience in publishing, content management, or a related B2B content-driven environment

- Background in/or strong familiarity with the corporate knowledge, performance and compliance space
- Previous experience in business development or a strategic content role is a significant plus
- Genuine affinity with digital products, AI applications, and data-driven content strategies — you understand where publishing is heading and want to help lead the way
- Strategic thinker who can also operate at an execution level: you move comfortably between setting direction and getting things done
- Strong networker and relationship builder, with the ability to engage authors, business leaders, and internal stakeholders with equal ease
- Excellent project and time management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong communicator — clear and persuasive in writing and in person
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and the confidence to drive decisions
- Flexible and willing to occasionally attend evening events or editorial board meetings
- Master's degree, preferably in Law, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated by experience

- A work environment that offers you plenty of opportunities to innovate and grow, to demonstrate your full potential and to have an impact.
- An inspiring culture that puts people first, is positive, collaborative & creative.
- You will work in a flexible and agile environment where interaction is key.
- A good work-life balance with hybrid working, flexible schedules and even the possibility to choose for a 5 or 4-day workweek.
