Software Test Engineer - #54675

Mission

Within the Clinical R&D Department, you’ll write and execute tests to verify and validate the robustness of the patient’s proton therapy treatment system.

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team (software developer, software architect , requirements engineer, etc).

Challenges we trust you with

• You participate to the global quality improvement of the product by defining and putting in place test strategies in collaboration with other teams.
• You verify and validate the treatment management solution.
• You challenge solutions with business analysts and other technical experts.
• You troubleshoot the system and streamline the test procedures
• You take part in the improvement of the current product test strategy, focusing on ease of use, objectivity and test coverage (e.g. by employing automation tools)
• You lead the improvements of system engineering methods and tools by collecting, suggesting and implementing changes in agreement with the experts
  
  

What We Value

• You have a Bachelor degree in software engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of practical experience in a constraining environment
• You have a strong expertise in test strategies
• Expertise in Python is mandatory
• You have strong analysis skills and love learning new technologies
• You are solution-oriented and show initiatives
• Given the international environment, you have excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in French
• You are willing to travel occasionally
