Mission Overview:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will join the client?s Marketing & Communication directorate within the Customer Experience department as a Confirmed Business Analyst for digital systems, specifically the mobile application and the client?s website. You will transform business needs into concrete solutions, ensuring consistency and quality of functional analyses in close collaboration with business teams, IT, project teams, and suppliers.

Consultancy Model at a Glance:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. You will operate on site at the client?s location and/or in a hybrid setup, working hand-in-hand with the client?s stakeholders while being fully supported by Keystone Solutions? community of experts, methods, and enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect business needs via the strategic roadmap, business evolution requests, and functional monitoring.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Design functional mockups of screens (wireframes, etc.) and challenge the proposed UX/UI design.
• Draft functional analyses or validate those proposed by suppliers.
• Ensure the overall consistency of solutions (transverse vision of systems).
• Collaborate with project teams and development teams for user story management, functional prioritization, and clarification of needs.
• Contribute to sprint reviews and to the validation of developments.
• Draft test plans by developing functional scenarios that ensure the quality of deployed solutions.
• Guarantee the quality of functional documentation, organize the various documents and deliverables, and ensure their updates.
