Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering or a related field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: You are proficient in English.

Other requirements: You have good interpersonal and communication skills and value honesty and transparency.

Expected start date: As soon as possible.

Duration: 3 to 6 months.

Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?


  • You will get tailored on-the-job training from Regulatory Affairs experts and take part in meaningful tasks that support vaccine development and lifecycle management, for example:
  • Preparation and authoring of technical regulatory documents for vaccines in compliance with the applicable regulatory & scientific standards.
  • Help compile market specific requirements.
  • Support the preparation of responses to regulatory authority questions.
  • Assist with deployment and adoption of new IT tools (Artificial Intelligence & Digital fluency) for GSK vaccines within Global Regulatory Affairs.
  • Contribute to a variety of other regulatory and cross-functional projects
