About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to grow and retain Sortlist’s client base across the Dutch-speaking market (Belgium & the Netherlands), with additional scope on the UK market.
You will work 3 days/week in Wavre and 2 days remotely, managing a portfolio of agencies and SaaS customers, helping them extract long-term value from Sortlist’s ecosystem while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

As our product ecosystem expands — including solutions like Overloop — ensuring strong adoption, retention, and expansion across clients becomes critical.
Your role is to turn product adoption into long-term partnerships, ensuring clients generate measurable business value while identifying opportunities to grow their use of the platform.
Your impact will be directly visible in client retention, expansion revenue, and platform adoption.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK.
- Serve as the main point of contact for agencies using Sortlist and Overloop.
- Drive retention, renewals, expansion, and adoption across the product ecosystem.
- Conduct structured QBRs and define action plans.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage churn risks and commercial conversations proactively.
- Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasts in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve client outcomes.
Learning & Growth
You’ll develop into a strategic Account Management professional by learning how to:
- Drive retention and expansion strategies across multiple markets.
- Run structured value-driven client conversations and QBRs.
- Translate product adoption signals into commercial opportunities.
- Manage portfolios with strong forecasting and KPI discipline.
Potential growth paths include Senior Account Manager, Strategic/Enterprise Accounts, or Sales/Customer leadership roles.
Your Profile
Must have:
- Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English.
- 2–5 years experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, consultative sales, or similar roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with ownership of retention, expansion, and client outcomes.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, forecasting, and structured pipelines.
- Able to handle renewals, pricing discussions, and value objections.
- Based near Wavre (Belgium) and open to hybrid work.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with growth tools like Overloop
- Analytical mindset and comfort with spreadsheets
- Interest in AI-powered productivity tools
