RPA Consultant




We are looking for a Developer/Analyst to join our Automation team. If you are passionate about integrating and automating business processes, or if you are interested in how to improve existing processes, our Automation team could be an excellent next step in your career




What skills do you need to have to match our team requirements?


Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in solution design and implementation using Blue Prism; Nice to have: Developer Certificate

Strong in business process analysis, requirement gathering and analytical approaches for solution design

In-depth experience of different RPA automation techniques (scripting, surface automation, screen scraping, …) and able to define the technical architecture

Experience with database systems, queries (SQL) and reporting

Good understanding of other automation technologies (such as BPM, OCR, Low Code and Chat Bots) is considered a plus

Experience with Python/R, Java, .NET or VB is considered a plus

Excellent communication in Dutch and/or French with fluent English

Good presentation, and customer service skills

Strong debugging, problem-solving and investigative skills

Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and find root cause problems



What duties will help you grow?




Realization of process automation with AI/RPA projects

Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail, where required

Define and operationalize process improvement from E2E perspective, combining different capabilities such as process optimization, standardization and technology-based improvement

Build new automated process solutions and solve issues that arise in day-to-day operations

Create and document test procedures and scenarios for diverse test phases and stakeholder groups

Maintain a current and thorough understanding of RPA tools and technologies

Support implementation of any type of automation technologies

Train client on building, operating, and maintaining automation solutions
