Join our amazing HR team in Leuven (Hassrode/Heverlee) as an office-based Administrative assistant ! If you are looking for a meaningful job in an international company with a dynamic work environment, this might be the role for you.

You will work daily with an HR assistant, a HRBP and two Talent Acquisition Specialists. But you will also collaborate with various functions across European countries, U.K and U.S.

Responsibilities

• General administrative support of the European HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance and document management;
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for global and regional HR requirements;
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
• Assist with on / off boarding matters;
• Perform special projects assigned;
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree
• 2 years of experience in a professional office setting is prefered;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
• Attention to detail; and
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
