What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account-related questions and content reports
- Help create a safer online community by applying platform policies
- Provide accurate solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Native or fluent Flemish (C1-C2)
- Good English skills (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable using digital platforms (full training provided)

- Salary: Up to €1,400 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Performance Bonus: Up to €250 gross/month
