You will collaborate closely with colleagues in operations, facilities, human resources, health and safety, legal, supply chain, and site leadership teams, as well as external partners, to promote a coordinated and effective approach to corporate security.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and improve corporate security policies, standards, and guidance to protect people, workplaces, and products.
  • Lead security risk assessments and identify ways to strengthen practices across regions and locations.
  • Partner with business leaders to implement practical security measures aligned with organizational needs.
  • Monitor compliance with security requirements and support audits, reviews, and governance activities.
  • Contribute to business continuity planning, preparedness exercises, and resilience improvement initiatives.
  • Drive security awareness through guidance, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Interested?

  • For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience in corporate security.
  • Several years of experience in security management within a multinational, complex, or regulated environment.
  • Experience developing security policies, standards, and governance frameworks at an organizational level (people, places, products).
  • Strong experience in security risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation planning across multiple locations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build partnerships across functions.
  • Professional security certification, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), is an advantage.
