Louvain-la-Neuve Data management
We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support our data-driven sales strategy.
Do you want to be an important driving force behind a winning sales team? As ‘Sales Operations Analyst’, you will use data to make the sales process faster and more effective. You will not just create lists of customers. You will use data to predict which groups of customers are most likely to buy. You will also watch campaigns while they are running, so you can fix problems quickly. After each campaign, you will study the results to make future campaigns even better. You will build alerts, scoring systems, and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI. These tools will help the sales team who to contact, when to contact them, and which opportunities are most important.
Your goal: make sure no customer or prospect is forgotten, no sale gets stuck, and the sales team spends their time on closing opportunities.
