We’re looking for a VC Investor to find and partner with the most exciting early stage B2B SaaS companies across Europe.

As VC Investor, Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Sourcing: leveraging Entourage’s network and our internal knowledge and capabilities to find the next decacorn in Europe.
• Network Building: Leverage your curiosity to engage with the most ambitious founders who want to disrupt their industry.
• Deal Flow: Screen and evaluate opportunities, and support deal execution and closing.
• Market Research: Identify emerging spaces and attractive markets across target geographies
• Fund Operations: Drive improvements in fund reporting and operations.
• Portfolio Support: Actively supporting portfolio founders through specific initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Unrelenting drive and eagerness to identify exceptional talent and startups.
• Strong passion for technology, startups and more broadly entrepreneurship.
• Independent thinking.
• Intellectual curiosity, you will be looking at companies operating in a wide range of sectors and will be expected to quickly gain an understanding of how these work.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as  you’ll spend a lot of time talking to entrepreneurs, experienced operators and fellow investors.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a venture capital fund.
• Experience working at a tech startup or scaleup
• Strong academic background.
• Entrepreneurial and/or coding experience is a plus.
• Fluency in a major European language in addition to English is preferred.
  
  

Location

Entourage has its office in Ghent, the tech capital of Belgium. The VC Investor role will initially be based in Ghent to facilitate collaboration with the rest of the team. After one year the role can also be performed from another European tech hub. We want to strengthen our network outside of Belgium.
