What We’re Looking For
To help us achieve our mission we’re looking for a Backend Software engineer. We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.
You have a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering.
Passion for solving complex technical challenges and designing scalable software solutions. You understand technical tradeoffs and make pragmatic decisions.
Experience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering and/or fine-tuning experience are a plus).
A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment, and expand your knowledge.
What You’ll Do
You'll be focused on back-end development of our recruitment platform, working mainly with Typescript and Node.js.
You’ll work on core product features and Backend code improvements, ensuring all systems can support the growth of our customer base.
Take part in product refinement, brainstorming, prioritization sessions and impact both WHAT and HOW we build.
Work in a supportive, open, and fast-moving environment where you can learn and grow quickly.
