Digital-/ E-Commerce Manager - #53415

As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for implementing and further developing our digital and e-commerce strategy across the Benelux region. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our online business and expanding our marketplace presence on platforms such as bol.com and Amazon.

You will be responsible for delivering e-commerce sales results within the region and will work closely with Key Account Managers on eRetail media initiatives, the implementation of our omnichannel strategy, and the successful launch of new products.

In addition, you will lead and optimize digital marketing activities across marketplaces and customer platforms. You will ensure the accurate management and continuous optimization of product content and article data, securing the best possible visibility and presentation of our product portfolio. You will also take ownership of performance marketing activities, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta. Through ongoing analysis, reporting, and optimization of key performance and traffic KPIs, you will contribute to sustainable growth in traffic, conversion, and revenue.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Graphics teams, while maintaining regular contact with both local and international colleagues to exchange knowledge, insights, and best practices.

You will report directly to the Product & Sales Manager Benelux and work in close partnership with the Global E-Commerce Director and the Business Unit Manager for the BeneDach region.

Your profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, Trade Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or a similar digital commercial role.
• Previous hands-on experience in a comparable position within e-commerce or digital marketing is highly desirable.
• Experience working with marketplaces such as bol.com and Amazon is considered a strong advantage, as is familiarity with the relevant marketplace tools and platforms.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Well-organized and results-driven, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken, to operate effectively in a national and international business environment.
