Your challenge

Together with your construction team, you are responsible for the execution of each unique renovation and restoration project, from structural work to finishing, in which our own team of carpenters transforms solid wood into windows, doors, gates, facade cladding, oak roof trusses and outbuildings, timber frame construction and custom interiors.

Delivering results for you means a correct qualitative execution, according to predetermined budget and within the foreseen deadline. You do this by meticulous planning, purchase of materials and subcontractors and good work preparation. You are the point of contact for the architect, client and all parties involved. You are supported by a Business Unit Manager and can also rely on the full team of fellow project managers, buyers and draughtsman-work preparers.

Expectations?

In the meantime, your Master's degree in construction engineering can enrich you with several years of experience in a similar position as a project or site manager. If you have an additional passion for renovation or restoration work, you will immediately feel at home with Verstraete.team.
