Our client, a leading organization in the public legal sector, is focused on digitalizing administrative processes to improve service delivery and judicial efficiency. The project requires a technical professional to guide multiple development teams in an Agile environment while monitoring delivery quality and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum events for multiple development teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams in self-organization and transparency while evolving the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
  • Monitor CI/CD pipelines and quality gates using SonarQube to ensure reliable and high-quality delivery.
  • Bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementation for developers and analysts.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including DORA metrics, velocity, and technical debt.
  • Identify and resolve organizational impediments and risks related to capacity, quality, and planning.

Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
  • You possess experience in DevOps environments featuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • You have proficiency in Jira or Azure Boards for backlog management and reporting dashboard configuration.
  • You have knowledge of version control with Git and modern branching strategies.
  • You bring a conceptual understanding of APIs, microservices, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • You possess practical experience with SonarQube or similar quality-gate and static code analysis tools.
  • You have a valid PSM I or CSM certification.
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in ICT or a related field.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong diplomatic and facilitation skills.
  • You have active knowledge of Dutch and French.

Nice to Haves

  • Possession of PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master, or Kanban Management Professional certifications.
  • Experience with ITIL Foundation or DevOps-related certifications.
  • Direct experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • Functional knowledge of English.
