Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor - #52722

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate and coach a team of QC Officers and Technicians in their tasks;
• Coordinate QC testing activities of finished products, IPC, stability, raw materials and cleanroom environmental controls;
• Coordinate the release of incoming materials;
• Track QC results and trend analysis;
• Track QC method lifecycle;
• Follow up on QC Officer training;
• Optimize existing systems (planning, sample flow, 5S,…);
• Manage QC documentation, non-conformities, out of specification results, change controls and CAPA;
• Participate in analytical method validation activities and routine integration of new methods and associated equipment;
• Collaborate with the production, industrialization, QC, QA and RA departments to ensure QC release activities;
• Ensure the reporting of the QC laboratory and participate in the implementation of KPIs;

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree with a scientific orientation (Chemistry, biochemistry…);
• You have good knowledge in analytical chemistry (dosing, pH, HPLC, GC…);
• You have at least 5 years experience in an industrial biotech/pharma GMP environment;
• You have followed a Lean Six Sigma training (yellow / green belt level) or equivalent;
• You are fluent in French and have knowledge of English (B2 min.);
• You demonstrate leadership, proactivity, resilience and assertiveness.
