As Transport Planner - Team France you are responsible for the daily management of road transports. You also ensure the administrative follow-up.
In first instance you are responsible for accepting transport orders and ensuring the execution of the agreed transport orders. If agreed delivery times are not met, you take the necessary actions. You process customer and transport orders in the company system and prepare the necessary documents and planning. You take care of the follow up with the client on their shipments and will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. You use an extensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to make recommendations for good customer relations.
