About this vacancy

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain software for real-time systems. You will work on high-tech solutions used in industries such as automotive, energy, medical devices, and telecom.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translate system requirements into reliable and efficient code.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to define and refine requirements.
• Implement firmware for microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues.
• Develop drivers, communication protocols, and device interfaces.
• Contribute to verification, validation, and documentation processes.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in embedded software development.
• Good knowledge of C, C++ and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of FreeRTOS, Zephyr is a plus.
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
• You are fascinated by new technologies and always willing to update your knowledge.
