As a member of a reception team
– You welcome Members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite
welcome
– You deal with telephone enquiries
– You take bookings promptly and efficiently
– You deal with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
– You collect all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in
accordance with information and correspondence received and
dispense change
– You interact and co-operate fully with all Club Departments
