This role in summary
As a Content Coordinator/Specialist for KitchenAid EMEA, you will help bring our Small Domestic Appliances to life online. You will manage digital content workflows, coordinate with external agencies, and create engaging assets to inspire our makers across the region.
Your responsibilities will include
1. Content & Category Management
- Category Execution: Manage and update digital content specific to our Coffee tea breakfast and Kitchenware product lines.
- Customer Journey: Develop Post purchase materials to improve the user experience and actively manage consumer Reviews to build social proof and brand trust.
2. Creative Production & Digital Operations
- Creative Asset Production: Execute Video Editing / Motion Visuals to create dynamic and engaging assets for our digital platforms.
- SEO Management: Directly implement and manage both On page SEO and Technical SEO to ensure our content ranks highly and platforms perform seamlessly.
- Performance Tracking: Take ownership of KPI setting to define metrics, monitor engagement, and track overall content performance.
3. Agency Collaboration
- Vendor Liaison: Act as the operational contact to coordinate workflows, localization, and creative deliverables with our external partners: Flixmedia, RWS (translation agency)., Stojan+Voumard
Minimum requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and a solid working knowledge of both on-page and technical SEO.
- Organization: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, track project deadlines, and communicate clearly with external agencies.
- Self-direction: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed decisions.
- Language: Fluent in English (also in writing); an additional EMEA language is a strong plus.
