We are looking for a Confirmed Application Tester to join an Agile team working on a large-scale agricultural accounting and data management platform. The role focuses on ensuring software quality, reliability, and compliance through manual and automated testing activities across complex business processes, integrations, and reporting functionalities.

We are looking for a Confirmed Application Tester to join an Agile team working on a large-scale agricultural accounting and data management platform. The role focuses on ensuring software quality, reliability, and compliance through manual and automated testing activities across complex business processes, integrations, and reporting functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing tools.
- Validate data quality, business rules, workflows, and system integrations.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Produce test reports, quality metrics, and testing dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and quality processes.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery cycles and participate in testing-related ceremonies.
- Proven experience in application testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, and SoapUI.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit, or similar tools.
- Ability to create, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans.
- Experience using Jira and Jira Xray for test management and defect tracking.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards for quality monitoring and data visualization.
- Knowledge of accounting or analytical accounting processes is required.
- ISTQB certification is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Autonomous and proactive approach.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented attitude.
- French: Professional proficiency (C2).
- Namur, Belgium.
- Hybrid working model with a minimum onsite presence of 50%.
- Experience within public sector organizations.
- Experience testing financial, accounting, or regulatory applications.
- Knowledge of Agile software delivery environments and DevSecOps practices.
