About The Internship
The Omni Contact Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us for a 4 to 6-month mission. During this internship, you will support the setup and management of a long-term collaboration with an external voice call services provider, ensuring smooth integration and high performance within CCEP’s operations.

About The Internship
The Omni Contact Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us for a 4 to 6-month mission. During this internship, you will support the setup and management of a long-term collaboration with an external voice call services provider, ensuring smooth integration and high performance within CCEP’s operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support the setup and onboarding of an external voice call services provider
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and the external partner
- Monitor daily operations and ensure service quality and KPI adherence
- Assist in defining, tracking and analysing performance indicators (KPIs & KBIs)
- Prepare reports highlighting performance, trends and improvement areas
- Support training, documentation and knowledge sharing between teams
- Help define and monitor campaign objectives linked to voice call activities
- Participate in weekly follow-ups and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking and reporting
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM, customer service or call center tools is a plus
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a very good level of English
