As a Customer Success Representative at Twizzit, you will provide all-around support to our customers, ensuring their experience of using our products and services is flawless. You will also provide some support and guidance to our Junior Customer Success Representatives.
You will build strong relationships with customers, maximise their benefit from our offerings, and assist in overcoming any challenges they may face. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Essential
- Experience in customer success, support, onboarding, implementation or account management roles
- Strong communication skills with strategic customers
- Customer Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding customer goals and aligning them with product capabilities
- Ability to gather and provide customer insights to internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer and user experience
- Ability to take ownership of customer requests and drive them to resolution across multiple internal teams
- Experience working with enterprise customers or multiple stakeholders within customer organizations
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills, ensuring commitments are tracked and delivered
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry
- An affinity with sports and/or clubs and foundations
