We are seeking a Head of Neuroinflammation Europe to further accelerate the success of Rystiggo and Zilbrysq across the region.

About The Role

In this role, you will lead regional cross-functional collaboration, empower country teams to successfully launch and grow these therapies, represent Europe in global strategy discussions, and drive regional commercial initiatives within the Neuroinflammation Operations team.

You will collaborate across a broad European and global network, partnering closely with country teams to foster shared learning and drive collective success. You will also engage with external scientific communities and patient-focused stakeholders to strengthen impact and connectivity.

What You Will Do

• You will align teams across Europe on neuroinflammation strategies and priorities.
• You will connect regional plans with broader global strategies.
• You will manage performance tracking, bring insights together, and support ongoing improvements.
• You will enable country teams to deliver impactful launches and patient-focused growth.
• You will represent Europe in global strategic discussions and decision-making forums.
• You will build relationships with scientific communities and stakeholder networks.

• Understanding of European healthcare systems
• Understanding of both rare disease and competitive environments
• Experience supporting complex strategic planning and execution initiatives
