We are looking for a Specialist Logistics to join our team in Nivelles for a fixed-term period of 3 months.

You ensure the efficient and reliable flow of materials and products across operations, supporting production continuity, inventory accuracy, and high customer service standards. You act as a key link between operations and supply chain, combining hands-on execution with coordination and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Specialist Logistics to join our team in Nivelles for a fixed-term period of 3 months.
YOUR MISSION
You ensure the efficient and reliable flow of materials and products across operations, supporting production continuity, inventory accuracy, and high customer service standards. You act as a key link between operations and supply chain, combining hands-on execution with coordination and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- You will perform operational activities on the shop floor while acting as support for the Logistics Analysts (inbound reception, outbound execution, cycle count execution)
- You will partner with and assist Operations, Quality, Supply Planning, and Sales to promote a high standard of customer service, proactively identifying and resolving quality and service issues related to logistics operations
- You will oversee and take part in logistics activities, including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing, and internal customer service, with a focus on best practices and continuous improvement, while supporting the documentation of logistics pro-cesses and work instructions
- You will provide leadership and coaching to logistics operators to achieve department objectives and meet customer and corporate requirements, as a Logistics Coordinator back-up
- You will supervise WMS (Warehouse Management System) transactions and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory and reliable reporting for finished products, components, packaging, and consumables
- You will lead logistics projects to improve warehouse efficiency and overall operational performance
- You will define, monitor, and communicate KPIs and performance metrics
- You will lead logistics projects to drive warehouse efficiency and improvements.
- You will participate in defining , monitoring and communications of WH KPIs & metrics
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of experience in Logistics or Operations; experience in Pharma or Biotech is a plus
- Good working knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations, transportation, inventory management, and information systems
- Ability to lead teams and facilitate projects in a collaborative environment
- Strong organizational and change management skills, with the ability to balance operational activities and coordination responsibilities
- Ability to solve problems, set priorities, and drive improvements while maintaining effective control
- Comfortable handling operational back-up activities when required
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to address issues and manage conflict constructively
- High level of rigor, autonomy, and ability to perform under pressure
- Working knowledge of Lean Supply Chain principles (Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and French
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated to make an impact in a dynamic environment
