About the Mission
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support several initiatives within learning, training compliance and role-based learning in a GMP environment.
The main focus of the assignment will be:
Mapping role-based learning plans per function
Structuring skill and training requirements
Coordinating a project on risk-based implementation of quizzes after training
Key Responsibilities
1. Role-Based Learning
Develop and maintain role-based learning plans per function
Support departments in identifying required trainings and competencies
Structure curricula and learning objects within the LMS
Contribute to the design of a more skill-based and scalable learning architecture
2. Project Coordination: Risk-Based Quiz Implementation
Coordinate the project for implementing quizzes after training
Support a risk-based approach for knowledge verification
Align with stakeholders on scope, priorities and implementation roadmap
Support the design and content development of quizzes
Follow up on planning, actions and communication between involved teams
Profile & Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in a GMP environmen
Proven experience with LMS systems and e-learning platforms
Demonstrated experience in project management (coordination, planning, stakeholder management)
Team player with the ability to collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams
Structured, analytical and quality-oriented way of working
Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory
