Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is part of the Business Solutions Underwriting Projects team, focusing on enhancing workflow and core applications within Non-Life insurance. As a consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering digital solutions that support operational business entities and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management within business solutions and across the organization, including day-to-day follow-up of projects, monitoring planning and budget.
• Analysis of business needs, conception of solutions, and describing requirements for IT.
• Definition of test approach, creation of clear test plans, and execution of test scripts.
• Delivery and support of solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT and other stakeholders such as legal and marketing.

Requirements:

• Education: University License/Master in Business/Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, or IT.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and methodological working (5+ years). Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Analytical, pro-active, solution-oriented, communicative, structured, well-organized, quick learner, and critical mindset with attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with good proficiency in either Dutch or French.
