Mission Overview:

As a Technical Expert Consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will be deployed on-site at a client location in Brussels, representing Keystone Solutions in all your professional engagements. You will collaborate closely with Building Site Managers, Building Managers, and various external subcontractors, ensuring the technical management of large operational buildings. This consultancy mission offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic client environments while being part of the Keystone Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily maintenance of technical installations in major buildings.
• Prepare visit and incident reports, draft meeting minutes, and conduct incident investigations with conclusions.
• Propose and approve purchase orders.
• Manage projects from start to finish under the consultancy model.
• Implement targeted multidisciplinary projects and continuously improve maintenance policies.
• Align the client’s energy vision across all buildings and maintain strong expertise in building technologies.
• Manage, operate, and oversee technical installations including HVAC, electrical, sanitary systems, kitchen equipment, BMS, and elevators.
• Design, implement, and accept technical installations.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and compare work carried out by different contractors.
• Supervise service delivery, establish performance indicators, and respond rapidly to failures.
• Propose solutions and improvements, compensate for system failures, and act as backup for colleagues.
• Coordinate interventions of subcontractors and establish procedures and operating methods.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment, optimize material usage, and manage technical documentation.
• Apply knowledge of environmental rules, audits, and permits.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Electro-Mechanical specialization preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment.
• Experience in project management, organization and execution of construction/technical works, and in-depth expertise in a technical field (electricity, HVAC).
• Proficiency in standard MS Office tools.
• Solid knowledge of the construction sector, including products, technologies, and systems.
• Willingness to provide on-call services.
• Strong motivation, problem analysis skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Service-oriented attitude with strong listening skills.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in French, good command of Dutch and English.
