We are looking for an Education Solutions Specialist who is experienced, hands-on, and communicative to join us in our iMEP team, based in our EMEA headquarters office in Mechelen, Belgium.

About The Role

You will be working in a team that designs and delivers high‑quality medical education experiences. In this role, you will organise and deliver internal and external educational programmes, including hands‑on trainings and flagship events. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external experts to continuously improve educational offerings and ensure alignment with business priorities and learning excellence standards.

How You Will Contribute

• Training (50%)
  
  

Deliver engaging simulation and procedural trainings for internal and external audiences

Contribute to new medical education programmes and innovative learning formats

Ensure education activities align with business priorities and strategic objectives

• Connecting (25%)
  
  

Identify and apply best practices in adult learning and education design

Build and manage a network of trainers, speakers, and education partners

• Lead (25%)
  
  

Monitor outcomes and report on education effectiveness using data and insights

What You Bring To Nipro

• Degree in healthcare, life sciences, education, or equivalent experience. Ideally a nurse degree
• Experience delivering medical, technical, or professional training programmes.
• Very good command of English, Dutch and French
• Open to travel 20-25%
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in delivering medical treatment with haemodialysis machines in a nephrology department or intensive care
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without formal authority
• Interest in innovative learning methods and digital education tools
