Voor onze Technische Dienst zijn we op zoek naar een

Als mechanieker binnen de technische dienst ben je, samen met je collega’s van het team mechanica, mee verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en continu verbeteren van het machinepark op de productie plant in Gent.

Na een uitgebreid opleidingstraject ziet het takenpakket er als volgt uit :

• Uitvoeren van curatief onderhoud van alle machines en installaties. Na een uitgebreid opleidingstraject wordt verwacht dat U mee de wachtdienst mechanica verzorgt.
• Uitvoeren van preventief en predictief onderhoud (mechanisch – hydraulisch - pneumatisch) van de productiemachines en installaties.
• Actief meewerken aan projecten om de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark te verhogen.
• Begeleiden van wijzigingen en upgrades (projecten, investeringen, inspectie-systemen ) met betrekking tot productiemachines
• Het vervaardigen van machine onderdelen op conventionele draaibank of freesmachine

Vereisten

• Bachelor of A2 mechanica met relevante werkervaring binnen een onderhoudsomgeving
• Je werkt acuraat en nauwkeurig
• Analytisch probleemoplossend vermogen.
• In staat zijn om zelfstandig en flexibel te werken
• Teamplayer, sociaalvaardig en klantvriendelijk
• Stressbestendig

Werkregime

Dagploeg, flexibiliteit hierin is noodzakelijk in functie van bepaalde onderhoudswerken
