Job Description

You will join the Powertrain Engineering Division as a technical and functional expert in the industrial field, acting as an ambassador of our organization with our clients.

Your Missions

• Evaluate and test vehicles at the Mons proving ground.
• Analyze shift quality issues and identify root causes.
• Define and implement calibration strategies based on transmission physics and system limitations.
• Ensure automatic transmission performance and robustness under all operating conditions.
• Analyze measurement data and vehicle logs to validate calibration changes.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate results to internal stakeholders and international colleagues.
• Deliver validated calibration datasets according to customer production schedules.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Experience in the automotive industry (1–3 years), preferably in Powertrain Calibration.
• Proficiency with data acquisition and measurement analysis.
• Master’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
• You speak French and English fluently
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving license held for more than three years.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and identify project risks.
• Good understanding of powertrain systems (engine and transmission) and their control strategies.
• Experience with automotive calibration and diagnostic tools such as ETAS INCA, AVL tools, or vehicle diagnostics software.
• Familiarity with ECU/TCU calibration processes and data analysis methodologies.
