About the Job :

Within the Marketing & Communications Department, you will join the Customer Experience team as a Business Analyst for the company's digital platforms, including the mobile application and website.

You will be responsible for translating business needs into practical solutions, ensuring the consistency and quality of functional analyses while working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements through the strategic roadmap, business change requests, and functional market monitoring.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Design functional screen mock-ups (wireframes, etc.) and challenge proposed UX/UI designs.
• Produce functional specifications or validate those provided by external vendors.
• Ensure the overall consistency of solutions by maintaining a cross-functional view of systems and processes.
• Collaborate with project and development teams on user story management, functional prioritization, and requirements clarification.
• Participate in sprint reviews and support the validation of delivered developments.
• Define test plans and develop functional test scenarios to ensure the quality of deployed solutions.
• Ensure the quality and maintenance of functional documentation, organize project deliverables, and keep all documentation up to date.

About You :

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experiences in IT
• If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
• You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
