Mission Overview:

Our client is a leading public transport operator in Wallonia, driving mobility and economic, social, and sustainable development. With 5,200 employees across 120 roles and a fleet of approximately 2,500 buses and trams operating 778 lines, the client aims to continuously improve performance, user-friendliness, and sustainability.

The mission focuses on a transformation program: merging three separate programs and leading the resulting consolidated program. The goal is to steer a company-wide transformation, ensuring the program remains a business transformation initiative rather than solely an IT migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support the definition of scope, planning, and budget for assigned projects.
• Ensure end-to-end project management, from partner selection to transition to run mode, including:
• Organizing and facilitating meetings, including steering committees.
• Monitoring project activities and deliverables.
• Managing internal and external project communication with internal stakeholders.
  
• Organize and coordinate change management.
• Communicate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and potential service providers.
  
  

Candidate Profile:

• Strong expertise in production management/technical management.
• Good knowledge of the public transport sector or, more broadly, Belgian public organizations.
• Strong persuasion skills.
• Solid analytical, writing, and synthesis capabilities suitable for this type of role.
  
  
  

Important Information:

• The mission will be carried out primarily on site in Namur.
• Flexibility is required with potential travel across various Business Units in Wallonia to meet business teams (expenses included in the proposed rate).
• Consulting days are 8 hours. Two fixed remote work days are possible.
• Start of the day between 07:30 and 09:00, lunch between 11:45 and 14:00, end between 16:00 and 19:00. Presence windows 09:00–11:45 and 14:00–16:00 must be respected.
