For an international organization, we are looking for a marketer who will support several Northern European markets (60%) and a number of specialized business units (40%). In this role, you act as the link between commercial objectives and marketing activities. You gather input from the business, translate it into concrete actions, and ensure the smooth execution of a variety of marketing projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that contribute to visibility, customer engagement, and commercial growth across your assigned regions and business units.

You will work closely with sales teams, product stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Developing and executing marketing plans for assigned markets and business units
• Creating and coordinating campaigns across online and offline channels
• Developing, coordinating, and managing marketing and communication materials
• Organizing and supporting events, trade shows, and customer-focused activities
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities
• Working with external partners and suppliers to deliver marketing projects
• Supporting the introduction of new products and services
• Monitoring budgets and marketing activities within your area of responsibility
• Analyzing results and reporting on the impact of marketing initiatives
• Contributing to regional and international marketing projects
  
  
  

You will report within the marketing team and take on a broad role spanning multiple marketing disciplines.

Profiel

• You have relevant experience within marketing
• Experience in a B2B environment is considered a strong asset
• You feel comfortable in a broad marketing role with diverse responsibilities
• You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview
• You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and building professional relationships
• You possess strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or a Northern European language is a plus
• Please note that only candidates living within the Waregem region or within approximately a 45-minute commuting distance will be considered for this position.
