As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Business Analyst to join its IT team

This position is part of the Gaming1 IT department, which designs, delivers, and operates technical solutions for all land-based establishments of the group (casinos, gaming halls, sports betting centers) as well as corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance.

YOUR ROLE

• Understand What Matters: Capture, challenge, and clarify business needs to ensure real problems are solved—not just expressed.
• Translate into Solutions: Transform high-level objectives into structured functional specifications, user stories, and process flows that enable efficient delivery.
• Drive Smart Decisions: Analyze options, assess impacts, and recommend the most relevant solutions based on business value and constraints.
• Orchestrate Delivery: Work closely with development teams and partners to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with expectations.
• Ensure Quality & Adoption: Validate delivered features, contribute to testing, and support end-users to ensure successful adoption.
• Continuously Improve: Identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and contribute to the evolution of products and services.
