Your Responsibilities

The Team Leader Remarketing Operations supervises and supports the operational teams involved in remarketing activities, ensuring smooth daily functioning and high-quality service delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating activities related to end-of-contract damages (UFWT), total loss processes, and sales administration, while contributing to process improvements, IT-related optimizations, and financial accuracy (including invoice validation).

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of employees within remarketing administration and end-of-contract damages (UFWT).
  • Organise and distribute the daily workload, set priorities and ensure efficient case handling within agreed deadlines
  • HR related tasks such as a yearly evaluations, managing performance priorities, capacity planning (vacation, homeworking)…
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of administrative processes, including vehicle files, invoice preparation, damage assessments and dispute follow-up
  • Track team performance and KPIs, analyse deviations and take action to improve productivity, quality and turnaround times.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations, complex files and operational questions within your area of responsibility.
  • Work closely with other teams within Ayvens to align end-to-end processes, knowledge dissemination and improve the customer journey.
  • Implement and support improvement initiatives related to efficiency, standardisation, reporting and compliance.
  • Ensure clear communication, team alignment and a positive working culture in which authenticity, curiosity collaboration and commitment are central.
  • Responsible for onboarding new colleagues and drawing up a personal training plan.
