As a team coach, your role involves leading a team of warehouse employees. You work alongside your team leader and team members to efficiently organize work, ensuring timely and accurate processing of volumes.

How you create impact

• Supervise a team of approximately 15 warehouse workers, including order pickers, loaders, unloaders, and reception staff
• Actively participate in operational tasks when needed
• Deploy staff effectively by assigning the right people to the right tasks at the right time
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures
• Act as the first point of escalation for team conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Take responsibility for team results, ensuring productivity and quality

What we would like you to bring

• You have experience in the logistics sector, preferably in Retail with perishable goods.
• Working in cold environments (around 4°C) doesn’t bother you.
• Strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, stress resilience, problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
• Effective communication skills enable you to conduct one-on-one conversations, team board meetings, and facility walkthroughs.
• You’re interested in expanding and sharing your knowledge of logistics processes, safety, and quality.
