About The Internship

The Trade & Store Services team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Our team manages the full operational backbone of in‑store execution: delivering Point‑of‑Sale materials, coordinating events and activations, developing menu cards and combo offers, and ensuring seamless business services for our field sales teams.

During the internship, you’ll support process optimisation, analysis, communication and project execution, helping strengthen the operational engine that brings our brands to life in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and map key operational processes
  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation
  • Create clear, stakeholder‑ready communication materials
  • Contribute to data & performance insights
  • Facilitate alignment moments across teams and markets
  • Support ongoing projects and day‑to‑day operations
  • Assist with change & adoption activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Who You Are

  • Studying Business Management, Logistics, Marketing, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree not required)
  • Proactive, motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and time‑management skills
  • Analytical and structured, able to bring clarity to complex topics
  • A solution thinker who enjoys improving processes
  • Communicative and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools
  • Very good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of French or Dutch (written & spoken)
  • Driving license: YES/NO (depending on final requirement)
