For Nipro Medical, we are looking for a Product Manager who is experienced, hands-on, and communicative to join us in our Marketing team, based in our EMEA headquarters office in Mechelen, Belgium.

About the role

You will be working in a team that drives the product strategy, positioning, and expansion. You will prepare strategic plans for your product range over the NME territory, supporting sustainable growth in turnover and profitability.

How you will contribute

  • Product management( 30%)

  • Drive the product strategy, positioning, and expansion.

  • Manage the product life cycle and share information with category manager and regional sales management.

  • Gather competitive market intelligence and translate it into business recommendations.

  • Launch product campaigns and track and evaluate results.

  • Provide input and follow-up on R&D projects in collaboration with the category manager.

  • Financial performance (30%)

  • Monitor and report on the performance of your product range, focusing on turnover, quantity, market share, and profitability.

  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Present and follow up on corrective action plans for non-performing products.

  • Communicate sales projections with factories in collaboration with the category manager.

  • Operations (40%)

  • Assist in internal and external meetings, providing expertise and training.

  • Ensure day-to-day support for business, factories, regulatory, quality, and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and drive content availability, creation, and maintenance of tools for the business.

  • Create item barcodes, technical data, and vendor information.

What you bring to Nipro

  • Proven experience in product management in medical devices is essential

  • Diploma in marketing or communication or business or economy related fields

  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to gather and interpret market intelligence.

  • Experience in launching and evaluating product campaigns.

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing tactical business plans.

  • Very good command of English
