GMP Production Supervisor - #47104

As a GMP Production Supervisor you will coordinate and control the production process. You will ensure that production deadlines are met and that the quality and safety standards and processes in force are respected. You manage the team of consumable operators (clean room and packaging). You develop procedures and work instructions, you contribute to the training of the teams and initiate improvement processes

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise the smooth running of the consumable production processes.
• Take charge of the organization of the work of his team, the distribution of tasks and the coordination of actions.
• Ensure production reporting and participate in the monitoring and implementation of KPI’s.
• Communicate schedule changes to the Planning department.
• Ensure compliance with the storage conditions of materials and products.
• Organize the practical aspects of cleaning.
• Validate and authorize qualification/maintenance operations of premises and equipment.
• Ensure the preparation and distribution of documentation related to each production.
• Review and close MBR and PBR to authorize QA release “on time”.
• Participate in the writing of MBR and PBR based on the specifications defined in collaboration with the Transfer/Industrialization team.
• Write/check the instructions related to the production operations and ensure their strict implementation.
• Verify the correct completion of the documents related to production.
• Participate in the investigation/impact analysis of deviations and the definition/implementation of associated CAPAs.
• Take part in the improvement and the optimization of the flows of Consumable Production.
• Take part in the analyses of risk (products/processes,…).
• Take care of the safety and the respects of the rules of safety.
• Federate the whole of the teams around the strategy and the defined objectives.
• Ensure that a positive work climate is maintained.
• Ensure that the initial and ongoing training required for the personnel in his/her team is carried out and adapted as needed.
• Ensure the regular evaluation and development of its employees.
• Recruit or participate in the recruitment of employees for his/her team.

Your profile:

• You have a Master’s degree or Bachelor of Science degree.
• Working knowledge of GMP standards.
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Good command of English (B2).
• You have a first experience in management.
• You are able to coach and develop your employees.
• You are able to work in a team and independently.
• You are assertive and an excellent communicator.
• You have a critical mind and are able to suggest ways to improve.
• You have problem-solving skills.
• You are organized with a sense of priorities.
• You are autonomous, precise, proactive and rigorous.
