About the Role
As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will join a team of 7 motivated colleagues and play a key coordinating role across the entire Service Operations department. You will ensure smooth day to day operations by managing planning, coordinating customer installations and trainings, handling purchasing activities, and supporting the onboarding of new customers.
You will act as a central point between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring efficient operations, high service quality, and a seamless customer experience.
Challenge
In this role, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating the planning of Service Operations Engineers while balancing customer priorities, SLAs, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.
You will:

Schedule interventions, installations, and software trainings

Coordinate hardware deliveries and engineer availability

Communicate planning and assignments clearly to engineers

Purchase hardware components and negotiate with suppliers

Monitor stock levels and supplier performance
-
Support the onboarding of new customers by creating tenants and user accounts

Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
