Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Master Data Management Specialist who is collaborative, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven to join us in our I2I Patient Impact Data Operations team, based in our UCB Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
About The Role
You will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and executing Master Data Management (MDM) processes that ensure high‑quality, reliable, and compliant customer data across the European and InterContinental business. You will support data quality frameworks, governance structures, and implementation of data solutions that empower the organization to make data‑driven decisions and strengthen operational excellence. This role enables you to shape new data offerings, support digital transformation, and ensure trusted data contributes to improved patient outcomes.
Who You’ll Work With
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, data architects, analysts, operational teams, and external partners. You will also work with data governance teams, data stewards, business intelligence specialists, and data engineers to align business needs with technical solutions. The role requires cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration, ensuring strong integration and clear communication. At UCB, inclusion is central to our culture, enabling everyone to belong, contribute, be heard, and grow.
What You’ll Do
About Us
UCB is a global biopharmaceutical company, focusing on neurology and immunology. We are over 9.000 people in all four corners of the globe, inspired by patients and driven by science.
Why work with us?

We have a caring, supportive culture where everyone feels included, respected, and has equal opportunities to do their best work. We ‘go beyond’ to create value for our patients, and always with a human focus, whether that’s on our patients, our employees, or our planet. Working for us, you will discover a place where you can grow, and have the freedom to carve your own career path to achieve your full potential.
At UCB, we’ve embraced a hybrid-first approach to work, bringing teams together in local hubs to foster collaborative curiosity. Unless expressly stated in the description or precluded by the nature of the position, roles are hybrid with 40% of your time spent in the office.
UCB is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions will be made without regard to any characteristic protected by applicable laws.
