WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.

Manage community interactions by responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Analyze audience preferences and current trends to optimize content strategies.

Propose and implement initiatives to enhance engagement rates and grow our online community.

Design posts to captivate audiences and create buzz around new products.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, proposing action plans and improvements.



Content creation

Create engaging text, image, and video content for LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram

Utilize creative skills to develop innovative content.

Ensure content is optimized for various platforms.



SEA, SEO & Google Ads

Assist in the management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic reach and visibility.

Support SEA strategies to drive digital marketing success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You have never worked in sales or construction? It does not matter to us because it was the case of many of us before joining Hilti. Your success at Hilti will depend on your ability to work in a team and your skills, regardless of your background. Our people come from all walks of life, and some of our most successful employees had no experience when they joined Hilti.



What you need is:

Min. Bachelor degree, specialised in (Digital) Marketing with an equivalent experience of min. 2 years within an agency or a recognized brand

Writing skills and excellent spelling

Creativity and a strong eye for visual content are highly valued.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.

Relevant experience in Google Ads, SEO, and SEA

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.

Fluent English. Ideal Bilingual French and Flemish
