As a Project Manager for Data projects, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of this fast-growing solution for our clients. You ensure that projects are managed from A to Z, monitor planning, budget, and scope, and coordinate both client and team towards a successful end result.

You work on multiple projects simultaneously, for clients across various sectors. Today you might work for a client in the real estate sector, tomorrow for your favorite football team. Variety and dynamism are strengths you experience every day in your work.

Responsibilities

After a thorough onboarding by our data experts, you will take the lead on projects yourself. You are responsible for:

• Coordinating data and visualization projects — from intake to go-live
• Creating and monitoring project plans, budgets, and deadlines
• Managing data consultants (ETL, BI, visualization, analytics, data warehousing)
• Managing client expectations and acting as the central point of contact
• Identifying risks and proactively adjusting where needed
• Organizing steering committees and follow-up meetings
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring quality control
• Supporting change management at the client side
• Reporting on progress and results to stakeholders

Profile

Must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Data, IT, or Analytics
• 2–5 years of experience as a project manager within data, BI, or digital transformation projects
• You work in a structured, results-oriented way and maintain an overview in complex data projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to switch smoothly between business and IT
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel projects
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities related to data maturity or expansion
• Driver’s license B

Nice to have

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik…)
• Experience with stakeholder management at different levels
• Coaching mindset and enjoyment in mentoring consultants or juniors
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, or cloud data platforms
• Good knowledge of French
