Who are you?

Experienced? You have worked as a shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service. You know how to lead a team and ensure a smooth, efficient shift.

No leadership experience? No problem! You have worked in hospitality or food service and are ready to take the next step. We’ll train you to become a great shift leader!

You are at least 18 years old and looking for a part-time job.

You understand or are eager to learn about safety and hygiene (HACCP).

Working flexible hours (evenings and weekends) is no issue for you.

You are customer-focused and can professionally handle inquiries or complaints.

You want to work in a dynamic team and grow within a rapidly expanding company!

What will you do?

Lead a team of student workers and create a positive and efficient work atmosphere

Ensure quality and make sure every bowl is perfect.

Help customers craft their perfect bowl while providing top-notch service.

Manage opening and closing shifts and keep everything running smoothly.

Learn about KPIs and understand how they help optimize restaurant performance.

Gross hourly wage of €16.88

24-hour contract — negotiable if you would like more hours.
