RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance & Reporting
- Own monthly reporting across all entities and concepts.
- Accurate follow of the fast casual volumes is key.
- Analyse revenue, margins and performance per location.
- Manage cashflow planning and financial visibility.
- Prepare management reporting and support decision-making.
- Coordinate with external accountants for closing and VAT.
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Day-to-day bookkeeping (invoicing, payments, reconciliations).
- Manage cash registers and financial flows across locations.
- Monitor supplier payments and outstanding balances.
- Support loan management and financing structures.
- Prepare and follow up on investment and subsidy files.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Manage payroll across employee types (fixed, flexi, students, etc.).
- Coordinate with the social secretariat.
- Maintain contracts, HR admin and personnel files.
- Support budgeting of personnel costs per location.
- Follow up on bonus plans, training and HR processes.
Business Operations & Administration
- Manage contracts with suppliers and partners.
- Oversee insurance portfolio and claims.
- Act as key contact for banks and financial institutions.
- Support legal and administrative processes across entities.
- Ensure a smooth operational backbone across all locations.

Your method
- 3–5 years in finance or operations in an SME or multi-entity environment.
- Strong experience in accounting and payroll.
- Hospitality, retail or multi-site ops experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with multiple entities, moving parts and imperfect systems.
- Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a plus.
