About The Role
You will act as Junior Project Manager Automotive within the Calibration team, coordinating sprint planning and aligning closely with key stakeholders such as Product Owners and the Program Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sprint organization and meetings with Calibration stakeholders.
- Host Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, and Sprint Review/Retrospective meetings.
- Ensure smooth daily task execution by identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Coordinate with other Agile teams to manage requests.
- Provide input on timing and scope at the project level.
- Contribute to overall project reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Interest or experience in automotive engineering.
- Experience in calibration and/or software development is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and preferably also SCRUM planning.
- High sense of urgency and pragmatic approach.
- Leadership skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
