Donaldson is seeking a Product Manager to join its Mobile Solutions Aftermarket team.

As a Product Manager for Mobile Hydraulics Aftermarket you will manage market analysis and product line strategy for EMENA markets to meet business growth objectives, sales profit targets and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• New Releases: Manage Market analyses (product & commercial fit) and identify new business opportunities for hydraulic product range in EMENA. Justify the business cases and build the pipeline of new releases to meet the growth objectives.
• Project Management: launch the new releases projects and oversee the various activities to ensure successful and in-time completion of milestones in cooperation with engineering until release.
• Current product portfolio: continuous improvements of the current product range from a cost, quality and supply chain point of view.
• Sales support: act as a primary contact to sales / internal sales for any technical question, any enquiry from the field or an assessment of a new business opportunity. Provide a customer-minded support.
• Technical training: keep the technical documentation on mobile hydraulics up to date and provide technical trainings to sales, customers and colleagues. Provide regular feed of technical data to the marketing team to advertise our value proposition.
• Benchmarking: follow-up market trends and competitor landscape. Provide recommendations to Management on the strategic roadmap.
• Yearly Revenue of the Product Range: 40 Mio Euro.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Academic background: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Engineering.
• Prior successful work experience in a techno-commercial role, in a similar industry.
• You have excellent sales and marketing affinity with good communication & presentation skills. You are at ease with data.
• You are well organized and self-starter, able to explore and develop new business opportunities.
• You are curious and able to quickly build industry specific know-how: products, applications and competitors.
• You have a good command of English (verbal & written).
• Expert use of MS Office tools.
• Ability to travel to customer locations within Europe required. Occasional intercontinental travel.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Automotive Industry and / or Hydraulics.
• Experience in product and/or project development.
• Fluency in every other European language like German, Italian or French is an asset.
